There are times along our journey when having support can make all the difference. We may feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from ourselves, or unsure of how to move forward. Part of my practice consists of working with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, difficulty adjusting to change, relationship issues, or the effects of stressful or painful past experiences.

Using an insight-oriented approach, my goal is to help you better understand the patterns that may be affecting your life in the present. At times, these patterns may show up in the way you relate to yourself, to others, or in the ways you cope with stress and challenges. As we work together, I help you gain greater self-awareness, while also supporting you in moving toward the changes you would like to make.

My hope is that therapy can be a place where you feel heard, understood, and more connected to yourself. Through this process, many clients begin to experience greater clarity, stronger relationships, and an increased sense of emotional well-being.
