I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist offering therapy for adults, teens, and children in West Los Angeles, as well as online therapy for clients throughout California.

I view therapy as a collaborative process built on trust, safety, and genuine human connection. One of the most important parts of therapy is feeling truly seen and understood, and I work to create a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves without fear of judgment. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can slow down, reflect, make sense of what you are experiencing, and begin moving toward change.

My style is warm, supportive, and thoughtful. I work with clients to better understand the emotional patterns, past experiences, and relationship dynamics that may be affecting their lives in the present. At the same time, I help clients build practical tools and greater self-awareness so they can feel more grounded, connected, and resilient.

I have over fifteen years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and families. I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and my doctorate degree in Applied Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and trauma-informed care is an important part of my work with clients facing trauma, stress, and other emotionally difficult experiences.

Alongside my private practice, I serve as the Clinical Coordinator of a community-based mental health agency, where I supervise and train associate therapists. I also teach graduate-level courses as Adjunct Faculty, focusing on clinical skills and therapist development.

I know that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step. Whether you are looking for support for yourself, your child or teen, I am committed to providing a safe, compassionate space where healing and growth can unfold.
